We, Lynn & Sumei, are registered Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500Hour teachers with an extensive background in Anusara® Yoga. We teach with meticulous attention to proper alignment of the body for a safe and expansive practice. Our classes are mindful, joyful and taught with warmth, encouragement and invaluable insight.
Our retreat destinations and activities are carefully curated with much thought and consideration to the comfort and needs of each guest. Steep yourself in the culture of the place, savour delicious food, enjoy a massage or two, practise yoga, take time for yourself and most importantly, rest and just breathe.
